Up the Moon合同会社（以下「当社」）は、iOS アプリ「アテンションデトックス（Attention Detox）」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるお客様の情報の取り扱いについて、以下の方針を定めます。本アプリは ユーザーの注意力と時間を守るためのデジタルデトックスアプリであり、広告は表示せず、トラッキングは行わず、データの販売は一切行いません。

第1条（基本方針）

• 広告を表示しません。
• 行動トラッキングを行いません。
• データの販売を一切行いません。
• アカウント作成・ログインの仕組みはありません（フレンドチャレンジのニックネームを除く）。

第2条（端末内に保存される情報）

使用時間の記録・制限の設定・スコア・実績・気分メモなど、本アプリの記録はすべて お使いの端末の中にのみ 保存されます。当社を含む第三者のサーバーには送信されません。バックアップ（エクスポート）はお客様自身の操作でのみ作成されます。

第3条（通信が発生する場合）

• アプリアイコンの取得: 一覧に表示する公式アプリアイコンを、Apple の公開 API（iTunes Search API）から取得します。送信されるのはアプリの識別子のみで、お客様の使用データや個人情報は含まれません。取得後は端末内にキャッシュされます。
• フレンドチャレンジ（任意機能）: 参加を選んだ場合のみ、ニックネーム・その日に枠内で過ごせたかどうか・1日の合計分数が、チャレンジの参加者と共有するためにサーバー（Supabase、東京リージョン）に保存されます。どのアプリを何分使ったかの内訳は送信されません。チャレンジから抜けると、お客様の記録はボードから削除されます。本名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの登録は不要です。
• 購入: Pro 等の購入は Apple の App Store 経由で処理されます。本アプリが支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。

第4条（収集しないもの）

位置情報・連絡先・写真・広告識別子（IDFA）・行動トラッキング情報は収集しません。アナリティクス SDK も組み込んでいません。

第5条（通知）

通知はお客様が許可した場合のみ、端末内の判定に基づいてローカルに送信されます（プッシュ通知サーバーはありません）。

第6条（未成年の利用）

本アプリは個人を特定する情報の登録を必要とせず、未成年の方にも安心してご利用いただけるよう設計しています。フレンドチャレンジのニックネームには本名を使わないことをおすすめします。

第7条（お客様の権利）

フレンドチャレンジでサーバーに保存された情報について、お客様は開示・訂正・削除を求めることができます。チャレンジから離脱すると当該記録はボードから削除されます。その他のご請求は下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。EU 等にお住まいの方は、GDPR に基づく権利（アクセス・訂正・削除・データポータビリティ・処理制限・異議）を行使いただけます。データ管理者は下記「事業者情報」に記載の当社です。

Attention Detox — Privacy Policy

Up the Moon LLC (the "Company") sets out the following policy regarding the handling of your information in the iOS app "Attention Detox" (the "App"). The App is a digital detox app built to protect your attention and your time. We show no ads, do no tracking, and never sell data.

1. Our principles

• No ads.
• No tracking.
• No data selling.
• No account or login (other than a Friend Challenge nickname).

2. Data stored on your device

All of your records — usage logs, limits, scores, achievements and mood notes — are stored only on your device. They are never sent to the Company or any third-party server. Backups (exports) are created only by your own action.

3. When the app connects to the internet

• App icons: Official app icons shown in lists are fetched from Apple's public iTunes Search API. Only app identifiers are sent — never your usage data or personal information. Icons are cached on your device.
• Friend Challenge (optional): Only if you choose to join, your nickname, whether you stayed within your daily limit, and your total daily minutes are stored on our server (Supabase, Tokyo region) so they can be shared with your challenge group. The breakdown of which apps you used is never sent. Leaving a challenge removes your results from the board. No real name, email or phone number is required.
• Purchases: Pro purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. We never receive your payment details.

4. What we don't collect

No location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers (IDFA) or behavioral tracking. No analytics SDKs are embedded.

5. Notifications

Notifications are local only, sent by your device based on your settings — there is no push server.

6. Minors

The App requires no personally identifying registration and is designed to be safe for younger users. We recommend not using your real name as a challenge nickname.

7. Your rights

For information stored on the server through Friend Challenge, you may request access, correction or deletion. Leaving a challenge removes those records from the board. If you are in the EU or other applicable regions, you may exercise your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection). The data controller is the Company identified below.
